APM Telescopes of Germany has had a reputation for high performance optics for over 25 years. In that time APM has expanded to include not just astronomical telescopes, but also binoculars, spotting scopes, eyepieces, optical correctors and accessories. APM's premium astronomical telescopes feature LZOS optics. LZOS are unique in being the only manufacturer of apochromatic lenses that control every step of the production process from rare earth minerals, glass production and final finished lens.
