T2 Adapter which screws into the end of APM or Lunt 100° Eyepieces to provide a T2 thread. This adapter features an M44.5 female thread which converts to a T2 (M42x0.75)
The benefit to being able to mount you camera body directly to the eyepiece for projection photography is that it allows you to make use of the additional magnification an eyepiece offers over prime focus setups. It will also provide much better results than Afocal photography. Afocal is when you use your cameras lens to focus on the image in the eyepiece.
