This scope is stunning optically, whether you are using visually or for imaging. I have spent hours using it on the moon. It will show eyepieces up for what they are, so make sure you use good ones! Similarly shows other (lesser) scopes up to be optically inferior that previously thought were OK. Dew shield is of sufficient length that have had no issues. Supplied case is very sturdy, and scope feels heavier than you would expect, this makes the handle a really useful addition. Focuser is sufficient for all but the heaviest of loads. Very much looking forward to using this for solar work when the sun is higher in the sky.
